Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods
We accept credit card* payments, PayPal and bank transfer.
* We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within seven days of reservation confirmation. If the experience is to occur within seven days of reservation confirmation, payment must be completed within 24 hours.
Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us online or email as soon as possible. Please see the cancellation fees below.

More than 30 days in advance
  • If the reservation has not been confirmed, cancellation is free.
  • If the reservation has been confirmed, the fee is 50% of the total price.
30 days or fewer from the experience date
  • If the reservation has not been confirmed, cancellation is free.
  • If the reservation has been confirmed, the fee is 100% of the total price.

If a participant is unable to attend an experience for any reason other than those caused by Wabunka Experiences, we cannot furnish refunds.
